Switzerland is considered as an expensive tourist destination. The biggest expense for tourists is in accommodation, long distance travel and eating out. In the cheapest hotels tourists may end up paying Sfr 70/100 per single/double accomodation. A full meal in Switzerland with 500 ml of wine for two can cost up to Sfr 50 to Sfr 60 per person.
